The team at Lominger spent more than 20 years researching what it takes to be a leader of excellence. Their study of successful leaders, poor leaders and human behavior was distilled into a suite of tools to develop key leadership competencies. Lominger has a library of 67 competencies and 19 career stoppers and stallers. There is not a “one size fits all” solution to becoming a great leader. Lominger Voices 360™ Leadership Assessment – Certification
If you have not heard of a 360 assessment, it is a survey designed to capture information from people within your circle of influence: superiors, people who report you, your peers and in some cases, customers. It is a powerful tool and the feedback will help stimulate your self-improvement, job, career and even personal success. It is a great complement to the Leadership Architect and may also be used as a standalone assessment option.

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
If you are not in the HR field, you may not know what this certification means. It is a senior level certification available to HR professionals who have demonstrated mastery of the HR body of knowledge and has accepted the personal challenge to stay informed on new developments in the HR field. The Human Resources Certification Institute says: “…HR professionals must know how to deal effectively with strategic management and planning issues, international competition, management staffing and family/social issues that affect the workplace.” FYI, the SPHR currently has a 54% passing rate.
Myers Briggs Type Indicator™
The Myers Briggs Type IndicatorTM (MBTI) is the world’s most widely used personality assessment. It helps individuals discover why they do some of the things they do and gives them insights into their motivations, their communication styles, etc. Self-awareness is important, but the real power we see in Myers Briggs is when we are working with managers and teams.
