Coaching? Consulting? Both.

Coach 2 - pupismyname - 2Coaching?

You already know what a coach does. Think back to your high school or college football or basketball coach. What did your sports coach do for you?

  • Helped you focus on the goal (the next basket, touchdown or opposing team) so you could win
  • Explained how important it is to give 100% at all times
  • Held you accountable to give 100% at all times
  • Helped you discover strengths you did not know you had
  • Pushed you out of your comfort zone
  • Kept you from doing too much at once
  • Taught you that winning is about mental attitude, not physical strength
  • Helped you build your self-confidence

This is exactly what Sanera’s coaches do for you. At the end of the day, it’s not our physical strength that is protecting the quarter-back or kicking the ball, it’s yours.

Consulting?

Consulting is advising. It’s telling you what we would do if we were in your shoes. In other words, we aren’t just showing you how to carry the ball (coaching), we’re also carrying it with you.

Both.

I’m sure you would agree that the most powerful lessons in life are the lessons we learn ourselves. But there are times in the business world when you want expert advice on what to do. We may do coaching only, consulting only or a combination of both. It depends on your needs and expectations. By the way, we don’t like consultants much. Click here to find out why.
